Fleet Chartering

Universal Forwarder performs the functions of a freight broker when chartering dry-cargo tonnage for dry bulk / general cargoes. We handle shipments of any size, including cargo shipped by "river-sea" mixed class vessels. Our experts support transactions in the global freight market both for PORT ONE Group’s clients and for the cargo of foreign charterers.

Our company works with owners of small-tonnage fleet and this enables us to transport heavy-lift and oversized equipment both by sea-going ships and inland vessels. The available dimensions and draft of the vessels allow transportation on inland waterways of Russia and European countries.

In addition, the fleet is engaged in shipping on the Northern Sea Route for the delivery of goods to the ports located on the rivers of Ob’, Irtysh, and Yenisei, etc.

We believe our task is the achievement of the best efficiency in the conclusion of tonnage bookings and the protection of the interests of our clients, regardless of the prevailing circumstances in the global merchant shipping.
